The Man Prince AkaayarUwouku was born on 10th January, 1958 to the Family of ZakiUwoukuAbankain Tse-AbankaMbakomborSaghev, Guma Local Government Area of Benue State.

He attended NKST Primary School Anyiin Logo Local Governmentbetween1966 to 1972 and he obtained FSLC thereafter he proceeded to Government Secondary School (GSS)Otukpofrom 1973 to 1977 and obtained WAESC.

Prince Andy Akaayar later moved to Murtala College of Art Science and Technology (MUCAST) between 1977 to 1979 and obtained IJMB result.

He later moved to University of Jos and study Political Science and obtained B.sc in Political Science in 1983,

In his quest to advanced educational knowledge proceeded to Benue State University, Makurdi between 2004 to 2009 there he studied Public Administration and obtained M.Scin public Administration.

Prince Andy Akaayar Uwoukuin his desired for academic pursuit he went back to Benue State University, Makurdi this time for his Doctorate Degree (PhD) between 2009 to 2016where he bagged PhD inPolitical Science.

Prince Andy Akaayar Uwouku PhD, started his work career as a class teacher in Nongov Community Secondary School Tse-Ikyobetween 1984 to 1987 he later transferred his service to Local Government Service Commission and work as administrative officer in Makurdi and Guma Local Government respectively and he was later appointed Secretary to Local Government and work as Local Government Secretary in the following local government areas Makurdi, Ukum, Otukpo,Ado,Kwande and Ogbadibo respectively.

Because of his hard work and dedication to service he was later transferred to Benue State Civil Service in 2002 as an Assistant Director Admin. And Finance where he served in various ministries in the state.

In the year 2006 he was appointed Permanent Secretary in Benue State Civil service and posted in several Ministries in the State which include Agric.Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, and Pension Board, later retired on the 14th January, 2014.
