I simply call this presentation; 'Stock-taking'. We have experienced great transformation with the coming of Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia into Government. We in SUBEB are enjoying massive changes, infact, changes we never thought could be possible. So much has been done in less than four (4) months. We can now boast of a serene environment with our modern Gate which is always stopping the traffic, the magnificent office complex of the Executive Chairman's block of offices, renovation of the entire office blocks in the whole premises, inter-locking of the floor, provision of a standard borehole with quality overhead tanks, provision of a Digital Resource Centre with an experienced Computer Guru manning the Department. I cannot forget the installation of a Solar Power to serve the whole SUBEB which is almost completed, about eight (8) of our broken down Hilux Vehicles have been put in order for effective monitoring of Schools, above all, payment of Staff Salaries as soon as SUBEB account is credited. All the Staff in SUBEB, with me as the Staff Officer, are fully in support of our indefatigable Executive Chairman, Dr. Grace Adagba, Ma, may God grant you more wisdom as you take SUBEB to greater heights.

The Benue State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) under Dr. Grace Adagba has indeed, witnessed massive transformation. Dr. Grace Adagba assumed duty as SUBEB Executive Chairman (EC) on 16th December, 2023 and has since initiated different measures aimed at repositioning public primary education in the state for uptimum performance while also prioritizing staff welfares. It's worthy of note that, in less than six (6) months of Dr. Grace in the office as Executive Chairman, she has been able to fix all salary and omission related cases as well as fully implemented promotion for affected staff of LGEAs in the state. Also, within her short stay in the office, the new Executive Chairman initiated autamation and data verification exercise for all SUBEB staff across the state. This development has not just put an end to salary irregularities but, also to all illegal deductions. Surprisingly, under Dr. Adagba, public primary school teachers receive salary before month ending. As a matter of fact, this is a huge liberation from the shackles of the money mongers bent on acquiring wealth from the vulnerable staff (especially at the LGEAs). Again, in just few months of her assumption, Dr. Grace Adagba has given a major face lift to SUBEB headquarters in Makurdi and repaired abandoned office equipment as well as vehicles for effective service delivery. Additionally, under Dr Grace's administration, SUBEB has embarked on series of workshops and training for staff manpower development. These achievements among others have huge impacts on our educational sector as they also serve as a motivation for all SUBEB and LGEA staff; thereby, raising the standard of education at our public primary schools' level. From all indications so far, if Dr. Grace Adagba continues on this solution-based track, she will be adjudged as the best performing Chairman in the history of Benue SUBEB. May God continue to give her more wisdom, guide and protect her for the sake of service to humanity as well as, for His glory. Amen!

I'm delighted to share my experience with the new furniture, good renovated buildings, access water provided by the Executive Chairman, Dr. Grace Adagba, at the State Universal Basic Education Board Headquarters in Makurdi. The renovated buildings, with their fresh painting and new furniture, have transformed the environment into a truly beautiful and conducive space. Before the renovations, the atmosphere lacked vibrancy and comfort. Now, with access water and the interlocking, it's not just caesthetically pleasing but also functional and inviting. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Grace Adagba, the Executive Chairman of SUBEB Headquarters, for her visionary leadership and dedication to improving the infrastructure. Through his Excellency, Governor of Benue State, Rev. Dr. Hyacinth Iormen Alia, Dr. Adagba's contributions have undoubtedly enhanced the educational landscape in Benue State.Absolutely.
